Return Policy:

Every art glass product we sell on our website are made hand blown and crafted, so each piece are uniquely made.  We guarantee our product quality, we will replace any product defects.  shipping damaged item, a replacement will be send out to you asap.  

for return and exchange based on customer preference, mind change or order the wrong/extra item.  customer will need to ship the item back to receive a refund.  a 15% restocking fee may be charged due to nature of the return or condition of the product returned.
